Warranty and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified by legal requirements in the country where the product is purchased, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the actual date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use within this period. Please always keep your original sales receipt, as it serves as proof of purchase in case of a warranty claim.

Terms and Conditions

Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues, contact the customer service center at your point of sale as soon as possible and present your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use, subject to evaluation by our service team.

Warranty Exclusions:

Damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Severe scratches or external damage.
  • Impact-related damage.
  • Water and/or dirt (including sand) ingress.
  • Rope damage or other structural wear.

Normal wear and tear from regular use, including moving parts, is not covered under warranty.

  • If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with product details and proof of purchase.
  • The product may need to be inspected before determining warranty eligibility.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at contact@furrealmasion.com within 72 hours of delivery.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the product showing its condition and the issue (if any).

Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm the next steps.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product and all accessories must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The original packaging must be intact and not affect secondary sales.
  • Any free gifts or bonus items received with the order must also be returned.

Shipping Costs

  • For non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong color), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For exchanges, customers cover the return shipping, and we cover the cost of sending the replacement.
  • For quality issues or wrong items received, we will cover all related shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
