Order Processing
Every FurReal order is processed swiftly. We aim to process all orders within 1- 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Once your package has shipped, here are the typical delivery timeframes:
• United States: 5-7 business days
• Europe: 10-12 business days
• Canada: 7-10 business days - Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors like customs processing and local postal services.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, Maison FurRéal will conduct an investigation with the carrier before any resolution considered.
Customers may be required to provide confirmation of non-receipt and cooperate with the investigation process.
Maison FurRéal reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on carrier findings, order history and available evidence.Refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not typically available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
Maison FurRéal cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
